Do you know what the beauty of your life is?

Every day, every hour, every minute and every second you have the chance to start completely new. You can leave all the ballast and everything old behind you to plunge into a new adventure. Because that's what new beginnings are - new adventures.

A new beginning can be something very exciting. However, change can also be scary and make you doubtful, because every new beginning is connected with a certain uncertainty. Trust that it will be good and that everything will happen FOR you. Hermann Hesse already wrote in his poem:

"And there is a magic in every beginning,

that protects us and helps us to live."

Five tips on how to succeed in your new beginning

1. Listen to your inner voice and your gut feeling

Your inner voice and gut feeling know best what is right for YOU. However, this inner voice is often very quiet.

Fear and security, on the other hand, are very loud voices in our head. We think we have so much to learn and to know before we can go. But the truth is that we have to go first in order to be allowed to learn all that is necessary.

Therefore, listen to the quiet voice - your intuition. To make that voice louder, feel free to write down the answers to the following questions:

  • How would I have to decide to feel like I want to in life?

  • How do I want to feel physically?

  • How do I want to feel in my relationship?

  • How do I want to feel financially?

Then write down all the options that can get you to that feeling? Whether they are head decisions, heart decisions, or gut decisions.

Think about the pros and cons of each decision and what would be the worst case scenario that could happen if you listened to your head, your heart or your gut. Write down how you would handle it. This way your subconscious mind knows that you can handle the worst case outcome and that you will have a solution for it.

By doing this, you take the fear out of yourself and help both, your conscious and subconscious mind, to relax. Because often we know what the right decision is after just a few milliseconds...until our mind kicks in.

2. Master the challenges on your way

Chances are, you´ll encounter challenges along the way. But you won´t let that deter you from your path. You approach the matter with an optimistic attitude. You focus on finding solutions and not on the problem.

You will grow from these challenges and gain valuable experience.

Habits in your everyday life help you to master the challenges on your way. They give you support and security. Thanks to them, you don't have to think about which steps you have to take. Because once certain actions and sequences have become habits, they run automatically without requiring motivation or willpower.

3. Let go your past

It's definitely easier to travel without ballast 😉

Leave the old behind you.

Nature shows us how wonderful letting go can be. Every year, autumn shows us how it's done and cleanses itself by letting the colorful leaves sail to the ground in the bright sunshine so that we can start anew in spring. This is a very natural process that you can also apply to your life. Letting go is important so that something new can emerge.

No matter what you want to let go of, whether beliefs, emotions or old relationships....

Do you want to let go of blocking beliefs?

Then ask yourself the following questions:

  • What are my beliefs?

  • Do I want to continue to have these beliefs in my life?

  • What do I believe I can do?

  • What do I believe I am capable of?

  • Do I even want to think this way?

  • Or can I let go of this thinking and choose new beliefs and convictions for myself and my life?

If you are aware of your current thinking, you can transform for yourself the blocking beliefs into new powerful beliefs such as:

  • I am not good enough --> I am valuable and have much to give to the world

  • I can't do it --> I am brave and full of confidence

  • I am unlucky --> I know that life is always for me

  • I am not worth to be loved --> I am healthy and worth to be loved

Do you want to let go of emotions and old relationships?

Then ask yourself these questions:

  • What hurt me?

  • Who have I hurt?

  • Are there still things or conflicts to resolve? Then do this!

The old relationship came into your life to fulfill a purpose.

Therefore, don't see a breakup as a lack, but as a relationship that has been fulfilled.

Let that person go with full gratitude. You are not doing yourself or the other person any favors by holding on.

By letting go, you create space for new relationships.

What can you do to let go of old relationships?

  • Take the time to feel the painful feelings and allow yourself to grieve. Tears cleanse the soul and your body. Through tears you wash your heart and get clarity.

  • Ask yourself what you learned from this experience? Take what you learned with you to emerge stronger from your experience and then let go. Give your permission for this experience to go - let it gooooo 😉

This creates space for something new.

Space for what you really want.

Welcome your new beginning with the following questions:

  • What values and standards do I want to live by?

  • How do I want to be?

  • What do I want to experience?

If you notice that your past tries to stop you from time to time, accept it and don't judge yourself for it.

In this way, you can lovingly align yourself again and again with your new beginning.

4. Set goals to stay on track

Without goals, you're walking disoriented into nothingness.

When you start over, you have to leave your comfort zone. You will have to learn new things and get rid of old thinking patterns. All of this will cost you energy, push you to your limits and maybe even make you despair. But all that is part of it! Go one step further than you think you can go...and one more and one more 😉.

You'll see that it's worth it to keep at it. That's the only way you'll rise above.

You are not a victim, but a creator of your life.

We don't fail to achieve our goals and dreams because they are unattainable. We fail because we try to achieve our goals, dreams and visions with the same mindset we have today.

Therefore, become aware of who you want to be:

  • Who do I need to be to have achieved these goals?

  • How do I think?

  • How do I feel?

  • Who am I?

  • What do I believe in?

  • What choices have I made to get where I am now?

  • What has changed in me that I could create this success on the outside?

Paint your dream life in the most colorful colors. It will make you awake in you your potential. It will awaken qualities, abilities and strengths in you that you didn't even know existed. In order to achieve your goals you are allowed to let go and grow.

5. And the most important for your new beginning - START NOW!

There will never be a perfect time - so the right time is NOW!

Do it. Take the first step and not just tomorrow.

Ask yourself:

  • What can I do today to become the person I want to be?

  • What choices can I make?

  • What can I learn today?

Start with the smallest possible step, integrate it into your everyday life and let it become your habit.

Aaaand it will be worth it, because the right questions will change your life! 😉

Answer the questions in writing for the best results. That way, you'll actually think your thoughts through.
